Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal service delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once your package leaves our facility. If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly. If you need additional help, reach out to us at support@youfirstproject.com and we’ll assist where possible.
